41 years after the destruction of Port of Spain, Government officials created a new world where bounty hunters are assigned to catch criminals. Tobago became the amin capital and currency is now digital. From the bounty hunter association came an all female group known as the Neon Girls. In this 4 part series, the Neon Girsl are given an assignment to catch a time traveller.

Naaz and Nova goes on the mission through the radiation zone and encounters something strange. In Tobago Minister Hector is under questioning by the commissioner of police.
